Rocky Mountain Garlic CSA-Summer 2025- SOLD OUT FOR 2025.
Rocky Mountain Garlic is offering CSA shares! You have the opportunity to purchase, in advance, a share of the harvest through our community-supported agriculture program (CSA). Join us for an exciting summer and eat 19 weeks of seasonal hyper-local produce from our small family farm.
Members pay a flat fee in the spring to join the CSA program. Then, during the season, you pick up a selection of vegetables at the farm each week. This year the CSA season lasts 19 weeks, starting June 21 and running to October 25. Members are also entitled to a generous portion of garlic scapes during scape harvest in June, this is a unique ingredient prized by chefs and foodies.
The pickup takes place on Friday, at Rocky Mountain Garlic Farm from 3-6. CSA members can have a friend pick up their share if you are out of town. Arrangements can be made via email for Monday pickup when needed.
Sunday the Farm is CLOSED and no pickups are available.
Again this year, left/forgotten shares will be donated on Tuesday morning.
Mike, Tiffany and our crew harvest what is in season on Thursday and Friday morning for the CSA, which means the produce could hardly be fresher. We work hard to ensure good quality and good flavor in the veggies, which are grown from organic seeds and follow the guidelines of Certified Natural Grown. This certification sets our farm apart and ensures you are eating the highest quality products. We work closely with Trout Creek Farm in Nathrop and for variety sake may substitute an item from their gardens. We will always communicate when an item is not grown by RMG.
When you come to pick up your share, you will find a full box in the walk in cooler. You will be given a Rocky Mountain Garlic reusable bag at the first pick up. We then ask you to please transfer the produce into a bag for you to take home. Then *carefully* break down the box and empty boxes will stay with us for reuse next week. We strive to minimize packaging on our end so you will need to be prepared to bag produce to keep it in peak freshness in your home fridge.
See our list of vegetables, below, that we are growing this season. Keep in mind that the variety available each week changes with the season and the weather conditions.
